SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver all our floral arrangements locally.

Same day local delivery is available on all in-stock dried items and plants.

Please allow 1-3 business days for fresh flowers and 3-5 business days for custom orders. 

If you have any delivery requirements please contact us prior to placing your order, same day delivery may be available upon request on other items - email honeysuckleandroseflowers@gmail.com or send us a message via our contact form. 

We offer contactless delivery - if you would like delivery confirmation please ensure you provide us with your mobile number when ordering.

If an incorrect delivery address is given or we cannot get access to the property a re-delivery fee may apply.

 

We deliver up to 15km from Upwey for $15. If you require delivery to a suburb not listed below please contact us for a delivery quote and we can process your order via email or phone. We also deliver all our dried floral arrangements Australia wide via AusPost, however delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery to other areas

Delivery of our dried and preserved range is available Australia wide via AusPost from $15-35 depending on size and weight of the item. 

RETURN POLICY

We pride ourselves on only using the freshest, locally sourced flowers. We do not refund for change of mind. If you are not satisfied with your florals please send a photo to honeysuckleandroseflowers@gmail.com so we can discuss this further. A replacement will be given if we are at fault. Honeysuckle & Rose cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during transit. 

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment must be made in full before flowers are delivered or collected. payment can be made by various cards or by invoice with prior arrangement.

Australia wide delivery available with Aus Post or courier - prices vary - delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
